At Leanly, we are on a mission to make Real Estate more transparent and fair for all people involved. Home Buyers, Sellers and Renters can benefit tremendously from true local Real Estate market expertise, strong negotiation skills and empathy of a really great Realtor®, but sadly, consumers are currently not able to corroborate if they are working with the best agent or not.

On the other hand, truly great Realtors® are impossible to distinguish in sea of ads with claims of alleged expertise, and well-intentioned referrals that simply can't be an expert in all neighborhoods.

There is a tremendous amount of data we can put in the consumer's hands, so they can cherry-pick an agent with the perfect combination of: specific neighborhood knowledge, soft skills, negotiation track record and ultra-localized expertise, to better achieve the consumer's goal of buying, selling or renting smoothly. And our tools for professionals will provide additional proprietary data.

When we connect people with the truly best Realtor for their situation, we can help first-time homebuyers have a real chance at winning offers; renters find a place within their budget; and help the elderly cash-out that life-long-earned equity fairly and timely.

We are a small, fast-moving startup in Miami. Very passionate about developing practical tools that make an impact in our society's problems. In the day-to-day you'd be working with Leanly's founder, Ali, on ideation, prototyping solutions and testing it with real users.

🏠 What We’re Building

We're building software for people to corroborate Realtors' neighborhood expertise and negotiation track record, so they can pick the best one for their specific goal. And tools for Realtors to do their job faster and better, which also help us identify additional strengths that positively differentiate them from the pack.

🧑‍💻 The Role

We are hiring a founding engineers to become a startup partner and help us accelerate our product development. As a founding engineer, you will get to:

• Help homebuyers, sellers and renters succeed at their largest transaction

• Work directly with the co-founder at defining product strategy

• Own products and features end to end

• Shape our culture and build your team

• Work with our existing tech stack (React, Python, Javascript, Flutter) & and learn new ones.
  

We are looking for someone that will:

• Thrive in ambiguity and define the right problems to solve

• Translate complex customer needs into impactful product solutions

• Pair with design to meticulously craft great experiences

• Architect overall systems while making sensible tradeoffs

• Quickly learn new technologies and frameworks

• Write great software and have fun along the way!
